Branding & Customization Guide

Make WhiteLabelZoom entirely yours. Apply your logo, colors, domain, and email templates to deliver a fully branded video conferencing experience that your users will never know is powered by WhiteLabelZoom.

What You Can Brand

Every participant-facing element of the platform can be customized to match your brand identity. No WhiteLabelZoom branding is visible to your end users.

Logo Requirements

Your logo appears on the meeting interface, email invitations, and the pre-join screen. To ensure it displays correctly across all contexts, follow these guidelines:

Provide hex codes for your brand colors. These are applied across the entire user interface including buttons, links, headers, backgrounds, and interactive elements.

Secondary Color#1E293BHeaders, navigation, and secondary UI elements
Accent Color#10B981Success states, highlights, and call-to-action accents

Custom Domain Setup

Run your meetings on your own domain — for example, meetings.yourdomain.com. This ensures participants see your brand in the browser address bar, building trust and reinforcing your identity.

DNS Configuration Steps

  1. Choose your subdomain (e.g., meetings.yourdomain.com)
  2. Log in to your DNS provider (Cloudflare, Route 53, GoDaddy, etc.)
  3. Create a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to your WhiteLabelZoom server, or an A record pointing to your server's IP address
  4. Wait for DNS propagation (typically 5 minutes to 48 hours)
  5. Configure the custom domain in your WhiteLabelZoom admin dashboard
  6. Install an SSL certificate for the subdomain (auto-provisioned via Let's Encrypt or provide your own)

Email Templates

Customize the emails your platform sends to participants. Meeting invitation emails and reminder emails are fully customizable with your logo, colors, and copy. Emails are sent from your domain (e.g., [email protected]), so recipients see your brand — not ours.

Customizable templates include meeting invitations, meeting reminders, password reset emails, and welcome emails for new users.

Pre-Join Screen

The pre-join (lobby) screen is the first thing participants see when they click a meeting link. It displays your logo, brand colors, and a camera/microphone preview. You can customize the background, add a welcome message, and configure whether participants must wait for the host.

Mobile Experience

Your branding is fully applied on mobile browsers. Logo, colors, and your custom domain are consistent across desktop and mobile. The responsive interface adapts your brand elements to smaller screens without any additional configuration.

How to Update Your Branding

You can update all branding elements through the admin dashboard under Settings > Branding. Upload your logo, enter hex codes, configure your custom domain, and preview changes before publishing. If you need assistance, our support team can apply branding changes on your behalf.
