3

Choose Your Hosting

WhiteLabelZoom runs on any modern cloud provider or your own on-premise hardware. Supported providers include AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, and self-managed servers.

Minimum server specifications:

  • 4 CPU cores
  • 8 GB RAM

4

Receive Your Deployment

Within 48 hours of purchase, our team deploys your branded platform on your chosen infrastructure. We handle server provisioning, Docker container setup, SSL configuration, database initialization, and branding application. Once complete, you receive your admin credentials and the access URL for your platform.

5

Configure Your Platform

Log into your admin dashboard using the credentials provided. From here you can verify that branding has been applied correctly, create user accounts for your team, and configure meeting defaults such as recording behavior, waiting rooms, and participant limits.

6

Test Everything

Before going live, run through a complete test cycle to ensure every feature works correctly in your environment.

  • Start a test meeting with video and audio
  • Verify recording works and files are saved to the correct location
  • Test screen sharing from desktop and mobile devices
  • Check that meeting invitations send correctly via email
  • Test on multiple browsers and mobile devices
7

Go Live

Point your custom domain's DNS records to your server's IP address. Once DNS propagation completes, your branded video conferencing platform is live and ready to share with your team or clients.
